ADHD Tip - Setting Goals For The New Year & Beyond With Your Family And Child Diagnosed With ADHD
ADHD and goal setting is a critical match in finding success or mastery of the impact this diagnosis can have on you, your child, and your family.
Most people will talk about setting resolutions for the coming year, but I am talking about setting goals for Battling The Disease Alzheimer tomorrow, and beyond.
What's the difference?
As we are told every single year, most people give up on their resolutions rather quickly. At the very least, step back as the new year approaches and consider how you want your life to be different this year with how you approach your child with ADHD.
